We are seeking a skilled Web Page Designer who will be responsible for designing and improving website layouts, elements, and user interfaces for our clients and internal projects. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of design principles, user experience (UX), and responsive web design. They should have a keen eye for aesthetics, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to create visually appealing, functional, and user-friendly designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Design: Design visually compelling and highly usable web pages and user interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines and deliver an engaging user experience.
• Responsive Design: Ensure all designs are optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices to provide a seamless experience across all platforms.
• Innovation: Leverage design trends, new technologies, and innovative techniques to enhance web design projects and create unique user experiences.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and marketers, to ensure designs meet project goals and requirements.
• User Experience (UX): Conduct user research and apply UX principles to create intuitive and effective navigation and layout structures.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency across various projects and adhere to established brand guidelines, while finding ways to improve and refine brand aesthetics.
• Design Optimization: Create, test, and refine designs based on feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights.
• Graphic Design: Develop and incorporate custom graphics, illustrations, or other visual elements as needed to enhance the site’s aesthetic and usability.

Requirements:

• Experience: Experience in web page design, with a portfolio showcasing responsive, user-friendly designs.
• Proficiency: Strong skills in design software (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of HTML/CSS (experience with JavaScript and front-end frameworks is a plus).
• UX/UI Expertise: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in UX/UI design.
• Innovation Mindset: Ability to bring new ideas and creativity to each project, staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to team members and stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring that designs are pixel-perfect and deliver a polished look.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with video editing or animation tools.
